A clear starting point
Website & project terms
The website helps you explore an idea and plan a budget. Your project starts with a written agreement that confirms what we will deliver, what it costs and how we will work together.

Budgets and project scope
Displayed prices and estimator results are indicative budget ranges in South African rand (ZAR), including VAT if applicable. No tax is added later on top of a displayed budget. A written quote confirms the requirements, fixed scope, project price, payment stages and delivery dates before work begins.
Ranges assume the listed package limits, clean content and data, timely access and consolidated feedback. More complex requirements may need discovery, a smaller agreed scope or a revised quote. Timelines begin after approval and receipt of the inputs needed for the agreed work.
The estimator's 50% deposit illustration applies to the project budget, excluding optional monthly care. It is a planning figure; the signed agreement confirms the actual payment schedule.
External services and charges
Domain registrations, payment-gateway fees, app-store accounts, messaging, paid subscriptions and API or AI usage are separate unless the written quote explicitly includes them. Provider approval, availability and ongoing charges depend on that provider's terms.
You can use your own provider account. Hosting and external services are separate from the listed care plans. Where we arrange approved third-party services or usage, charges are agreed in advance and billed at cost plus 35%. We do not incur an open-ended usage commitment on your behalf.
Optional ongoing care
Care plans are optional monthly services with the support time shown for the selected plan. Maintenance, checks and requested changes share that time allowance. Hosting and external services are quoted separately. Unused support time does not roll over.
Work or provider usage beyond those allowances needs approval before an additional charge. Care does not include unlimited changes, unlimited infrastructure, 24-hour support or a blanket uptime promise. The written care agreement confirms the service period, response arrangements, billing and cancellation terms.
Feedback and paid changes
Scoped packages include two consolidated review rounds for the agreed deliverables. Provide feedback together so it can be assessed and applied clearly. Additional rounds, new features or changes to approved requirements need a written change quote and your approval before work starts.
We confirm any effect on price and timing when agreeing a change. Project handover, access credentials, source files, intellectual-property rights and any third-party licensing are governed by the signed project agreement.
Post-launch defects warranty
Agreed delivered functionality has a 30-day defects warranty after acceptance or go-live, as confirmed in the project agreement. New features, changed requirements and third-party changes are scoped separately.
Estimates, demos and contact drafts
Concept demos use fictional data to illustrate possible functionality. They do not make a real booking, process a payment, update real stock or create an account. An estimate, demo interaction or contact draft does not reserve delivery time, create a payment obligation or form a project contract.
The contact form opens a WhatsApp message or an email draft for you to review and send. We receive an enquiry only when you send it through your chosen service. See our privacy notice for how information is handled.
Existing agreements
The packages and care plans on this website are new offers for future work. They do not amend existing contracts. A signed project agreement or accepted written change governs the work it covers. These website terms do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
