While you use this website

The estimator and concept demos run in your browser. Their inputs are held in page memory while the page is open; we do not send those inputs to a site database. The demos use fictional information and do not operate a real booking, stock, payment or customer system.

Our contact form prepares a WhatsApp message or an email draft. It does not submit your details to a website inbox. You can review and edit the draft, and you must send it yourself. Opening an external contact service can pass the prepared draft to that service even if you decide not to send it.

We do not add analytics or advertising cookies. The Manrope font is served with the website. The hosting platform may process technical access information, such as an IP address, browser details and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. A private review link may also require a platform sign-in; that sign-in is handled by the platform.

When you contact us

If you send an enquiry, we receive the message and the contact information your chosen service shares, such as your email address or telephone number. We use that information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and manage any work you agree with us.

Share only what we need to understand the project. Please do not send identity numbers, banking credentials, passwords, health records or confidential customer datasets through the estimator or an initial enquiry. If a project needs sensitive material, agree an appropriate way to transfer it with us first.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, manage an agreed engagement or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no single fixed retention period for every enquiry. We review requests to remove information in light of those purposes and obligations.

WhatsApp and email

WhatsApp and your email provider process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Our enquiry email is hosted by Google. These services may process information in countries outside South Africa.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold about your enquiry, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop further contact. Email dubegroupholdings@gmail.com with enough context to identify the correspondence and explain what you need.

We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns you. Please do not attach an identity document unless we have agreed that it is necessary and arranged a suitable channel. We will explain any legal or contractual reason that prevents us from completing a request in full.

Changes to this notice

If the website's features or information practices change, we will update this notice and its effective date.
